Shuffle external playlists

At this moment MB is only able to apply a shuffle to internal playlists.

It would be great and very useful that MB be able to also apply shuffle to external playlists (like M3U files) so that you can then save the new order of the tracks in the same playlist or in a new one.

In my following post this issue is being addressed with a workaround:

Please implement this function.
