Disable Tooltips On Player Bar?

is there a way to disable tooltips on the player bar? i have searched and not found a way to do it . i just find them annoying as i already know the function of each button.

There isn't, but there aren't many program that lets users disable tool-tips. Office is the only one I can think of.

Is there a way to turn them on? I don't get any tooltips. They would be helpful.
