First-time caller long-time listener so apologies if this is not new (I checked and didn't see) the width of the 'Time' column won't adjust (to skinnier). This is in all views, all panels. As we tag more and more details to our tracks the 'frozen' width of the Time column, which I would estimate at 235 px versus 110 px needed to cover the typical 3 characters, is valuable real estate in a view. Can the width be unfrozen and made adjustable as all the other columns are? Thanks.

Hello adbarnes33, and welcome to the forum.

In column layouts, the Time column is not locked, but you must grab the right-hand column separator to adjust its width.
It has a minimum, though (which in my test matches the space needed for a three-digit time #:##).

Below, the Time column before and after narrowing it to its minimum:

Thanks of course you're right and also contributing to the confusion was not noticing (or knowing what it did) the menu item "Keep Columns Sized...".  Deselecting that releases the Time column (and all columns) to do as you plainly said. Thanks!
Before - the Time column is triple sized and unadjustable

After - double click the right-side column line (or manually select and slide) and the column width reduces
