Sort By Year Not Showing Full Year

I have several tabs set up to organize my media library, one for the full collection, one for recently added items, and another that sorts everything by year. The "by year" view used to work perfectly, displaying each title grouped under a clear heading for its release year, like 2020, 2021, and so on. But recently, something changed. Instead of showing the full year as a header, it now displays a strange or unclear label that makes it hard to tell how things are being sorted. I’m not sure what caused the change, but it’s driving me crazy!

I’m pretty sure this issue is related to a setting, possibly something buried in the View tab or tied to the "Group By" option. It’s not obvious, but I suspect a hidden configuration might be causing this change. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

The "0-9" header indicates that the group by option is set to <album>.  0-9 (numbered albums first), A-Z after, etc.
You should left click the header tab named "albums" in your screen shot (far left side).
Change Sort By to album.  Left click again and change Group By to year (yyyy).

Yeah that did indeed fix it for me.
I did a little testing on it just now and found that if you change your Group By setting to <album> then the Group by first letter option is automatically turned on.  So if you do not notice this change and then select Year (yyyy) it gets all messed up.  Thanks tjinc!  I do not think I would have found that on my own...

I would think that this could be classed as a bug - the option 'Group by first letter' should be automatically turned off when changing your 'Group By' setting to <Year> (as it is disabled as a menu option but still remains active).
