Album Covers Duplicating

Just recently I am having a problem with two particular albums I added to my library, in particular, there album covers. When I added these albums along with around 4 others at the time I noticed that both albums (although by completely different artists) had the same album cover showing in the artwork. When I changed the one that had the incorrect cover to its correct cover it then also changed the other album to this same cover. No matter how many times I tried I couldn't make Musicbee display the correct covers separately. All other albums are ok it's just these two. Any help appreciated.

You didn't say if the covers are embedded or separate files.

Take a look at this, making sure all the settings are to your own liking.  Then hit the "Rescan Artwork" button on the bottom.  Then Tools -> Advanced -> Reset Artwork Cache.

When you say embedded or separate files do you mean are they already showing in album when uploaded to muscibee or do I have to add them using "choose picture" or "search internet" commands in edit? Also where do I go to find the screenshot you posted. I have tried "edit preferences" section in musicbee and other areas but can't find it.

Embedded artwork refers to music files that have had their covers or other pictures embedded into the file structure itself (metadata).  Most players for years have had the ability to do this by user command or automatically.  External taggers (mp3tag, kid3, etc). as well.  Formats and so on are given in the metadata standards for the file type in question.  Alternatively, album art can be kept separate from the music files themselves and linked to display from their own location when the song is played.

Opening a file in any good tag editor like the one in MusicBee will show details on how and if the song has cover art and the ability to remove/add it and when/how to display it.  The screenshot I posted is at:
