Any way to modify "Track Properties" font?

In the Track Information panel, the option is given in Customize panel to check "show track properties":



This gives an extremely small and narrow font that is difficult (for me) to read:



Can the font of this line be adjusted anywhere?  The regular "fields" boxes' fonts above it bear no relation to this line.

Nope.
It will use the default font specified in Preferences > Layout (1) > Default font but as you've noted, there are no additional panel settings for that specific line of information.

Instead you can replicate the same values in one of the information fields that you can set the font and size for.
Something like this:

Thanks Zak.  I noticed that sometimes this line will change on an online radio stream dynamically to a different bitrate or format while the set-able fields above it remain static with their original value.  Not every time, but sometimes.
