File Organizer - Support for non-media files with CD-based folder structure

Very niche scenario, but It seems the file organizer does not support moving non-media files when an album has multiple CD's organized into their own folders, such as:

Album Folder
     CD 1 Folder
        Track 1
        Track 2
        Track 3
     CD 2 Folder
        Track 1
        Track 2
        Track 3
     Booklet.pdf
     Cover.jpg
     Description.txt

In this scenario, the file organizer will completely miss moving the pdf, jpg, and txt files during organization. Tried with and without using a naming template.
Not sure if this is technically a bug, or is something that needs to be implemented as a wish-list item.

As this sounded familiar, I dug up the reasoning provided at the time behind the current implementation:

the current behaviour is to only move files in the folder/sub-folder of the music files themselves. I am not sure its a good idea for MB to also move other folders

Moving other folders sounds like a risky move indeed. I can't imagine the number of corners needing to be covered to ensure it doesn't jump out of scope.
