Remove flickering of MB panels created by plugins

Steven, i don't consider this a bug, but it's rather annoying MB behavior. I'm experiencing this issue with "VU Meter" plugin and "CoolEdit Nostalgia" visualizer. it seems that this flickering doesn't depend on plugin. it's just how MB is drawing plugin's panels before plugin initialization. could you try to fix this flickering?

when MB starts, plugin panel is filled by MB skin background color, then the panel is filled by black color for a second (this is the issue), and then by plugin background color. is it possible to skip drawing black panel?

I do see the behavior but believe its the plugins doing it as i dont see anything in MB that sets the panel to black. I also created my own test panel and it does not paint black either

ok, thanks retesting. they are not my own plugins, so i can't check this issue myself
