Add AC4 audio compatibility to MusicBee

Windows 11 x64 is not delivered with Dolby AC-4 audio capability;  likewise, Un4seen does not offer a bass_ac4 DLL.  Rather than wait on un4seen, the path here is to add it to W11's WMF codecs, which MusicBee defaults to when it can't find a BASS format plugin.

1.  Download Dolby_AC3_AC4_Installer.zip
2.  Extract and run only DolbyLaboratories.DolbyAC4DecoderOEM_1.0.0.0_neutral_~_rz1tebttyb220 (1).AppxBundle
3.  Restart your PC (may not be necessary)
4.  In MusicBee's main folder open Configuration.xml in a text editor, and in the <SupportedFiles> section add the line:

5.  Open MusicBee;  it will now play *.AC4 audio files (non-fragmented).  From MediaInfo with 2 ch. stereo test file:

An off-topic note on AC-3 audio:  Dobly AC3 was delivered with Windows but pulled as of Win11 24H2.  AFAIK AC4 was never delivered by default.  PC's that were upgraded in place to 24H2 did not have AC3 removed.  You can play AC3 audio files in any current MusicBee in any Windows version by adding bass_ac3.dll from un4seen (https://www.un4seen.com/files/z/2/bass_ac324.zip).
