Android 13 Internal storage wifi sync

On my last phone that had an sd card i used mixplorer app so i could root the sd card and wifi sync. i just got a new phone that only has internal storage. i can usb sync but unable to wifi sync due to root access. is there a work around? i'm not that technical with phones and most of the searches on the forum relating to this subject are way over my head. any help is much appreciated

This may be over your head, but it's the solution that works. If you can't manage it, then you'll have to stick with wired syncs.

thanks but that seems a lot of learning for me. the strange thing is that on my nokia xr20 with android 13 i can sync to the internal storage but on my new samsung s23 with android 13 it won't allow mb access to the internal storage
