Lyrics are not showing up when playing radio stations

Hi Folks. I just registerd me here becouse of a Problem i need help about it. I´m using Music Bee at Version 3.3.7491 and i´m trying to let me show the Song Lyrics when i play a radio stations. For some reason it won´t work. Can someone help me out?

Do you know for a fact that the stations you're streaming send the lyric info? Most do not. Most will send artist and/or track/album info, but very few send lyrics.

If the one you're listening to does send lyrics, please share the URL so it can be checked out.

I've never heard of a station that actually streamed lyrics itself.  I think the OP needs to add the Lyrics Reloaded plugin if they haven't done so already, and add its additional search sites like Genius, which I've found produces the most hits.  It looks like he just has the built-in search sites now, and for some of those the algorithms may not work anymore.

But even adding the plugin the OP will not get lyrics for streamed music, correct?

I think the short answer to the OP is streamed music doesn't transmit lyrics.
And again, if s/he is using a stream that does, the URL should be shared.

That's correct, sorry if I didn't make that clear.  And I agree with your short answer.  Even the album name (vs. track name) being included in stream metadata is a "miracle" although I've found two examples--one of which chose NOW to be "not responding" (https://jbradio2.ca/links/m3u/512_opus.m3u), the other is not sending it at the moment (http://icecast3.streamserver24.com:18800/motherearth).  Hopefully not the trend for the rest of my day, haha!

? I'm getting lyrics when I stream radio.  I don't really stream radio anymore, but just tried it.

Hi frankz, MB has always been able to pull lyrics from the lyric search sites for radio streams that supply artist/title when the Tags(2) "auto-retrieve missing lyrics for the playing track" is checked, if indeed the search sites enabled find them--which happens a lot more often since you improved the Lyrics Reloaded plugin   .  They start growing the InternalCache/Lyrics folder pretty quick if you change stations a lot like I tend to do so I have to remember to clean that out once in a while!

Will the Lyrics Reloaded plugin grab lyrics for songs that are playing on streamed radio feeds? Or does the stream have to supply the lyrics? And if the latter, will they show in the lyrics panel of MB?

A: YES, as long as the stream metadata itself is sending artist and track name info.

A: No, and I know of no stream that does actually send lyrics in its metadata.

That I don't know as I've never seen a case of one that included them in its stream.  They certainly do for lyrics the plugin is able to retrieve.
