converted files

must have somehow created a directory called converted files it's all copies of existing files in mp3 format. these are now showing up in musicbee as duplicates. i'm afraid if I simply delete these it will require a problem. I just don't want the system to look at this directory. how?

Ctrl + o > Library tab > click the Exclude button under monitored folders > select this folder
