Output order in m3u(#EXT) files

When i export an m3u(#EXT) playlist the output appears as

#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:335,Alan Price - Jarrow Song
F:\Music\Male\Alan Price\The Best of & The Rest Of\Jarrow Song - Alan Price.m4a

which will not play with windows media player or iTunes because the output should be (and this works)

#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:335,Jarrow Song - Alan Price
F:\Music\Male\Alan Price\The Best of & The Rest Of\Jarrow Song - Alan Price.m4a

The order in the second line does not correspond to that required i.e.  <Title> - <Artist>

Is there a way I can change the output order please?
