Saving displayed columns (column browser) to custom views

Hi,

I love how customizable MB is and I hope this wishlist request can see the light of day someday.  I use different views for my classical and non-classical playlists respectively.  For Alternative and Rock playlists, my columns are [<Artist>|<Album>|<Year>|Rating].  For classical music, especially when I'm editing tags, I prefer my columns to be [Composer|Album|Piece|Rating].  Unfortunately, as of now (stable and the latest beta builds), it is not possible for column settings to be retained to individual playlists or views.  Can column browser preferences be linked to views somehow?  On the other hand, it can get really messy if they are linked to playlists.
