Remember last displayed tab of tag editor

When using the tag editor, would it be possible for the last displayed tab of the editor panel be remembered for the next time it’s opened? Ie it’s closed on Tags 2 and it opens on Tags 2?

for v3.7 the last opened tab is remembered but resets on restarting MB
