I have written to the creator of tagscanner, which is the only programme that has solved the error so far, to ask him what he has done and he has replied as follows:

Currently Discogs use UTF-8 values directly instead escaping it for json. So you just need read whole answer from API as UTF8 data.

After installing the plugin and restarting the program I get the message:

Unable to complete the Discogs authorisation: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
You can try again using the Configure button in the plugin preferences

When I go to plugins the plugin is always disabled, after enabling it I can click configure but it does nothing and when I apply and save the changes then go back to the preferences again the plugin will be disabled again.

Any suggestions to fix it? I'm running MusicBee 3.0.6335

I have exactly the same problem. I am using version 3.6.9171. Should I roll back to stable version?

Did you try reinstalling the plugin in case that helps things?

Hi,

I realized that the discogs tagger works for my tracks in my Inbox (they are stored on my computer where music bee is installed) but NOT for the files in the Music library (Files are on an netwerk server). Can someone replicate that problem or does someone have an idea on hot to fix that?

Thank you very much.
