Copy Files to Organised Folder

Is it possible for "allow existing files to be replaced" while pressing Copy Files to Organised Folder to be automatically checked or added as function to Settings, please?

I would never want something that replaces files to be the automatically checked/applied. Too much chance for mistakes. And it shouldn't be an option in settings either for the same reason. The user can forget it's been enabled.
