Net Framework 4.7.2 issue

I've installed .net 4.7.2 on a Windows 7 machine, but MusicBee portable refuses to work, saying net framework isn't installed. What should I do?

I downloaded the installer and installed the .net without a hassle;
Restarted the PC;
Tried opening MusicBee, but it stops in the install phase saying .net isn't installed.

For MusicBee version 3.5 and later you will need .NET framework 4.8

if your machine doesnt have it then install from the microsoft download page
