[UI] Fullscreen like Big Picture Mode

now. Musicbee have FullScreen Mode. but this is not Fullscreen Mode Exactly.
( Cuz.... When I set Fullscreen Mode, i can see the Windows Start bar )

This is what i think

- Maximize Screen Mode : Window full screen Mode ( User can see Windows Start bar and this is just window frame )
- Full Screen Mode : Totaliy Full Screen Mode + User can not control without Mouse  ( User can not see Windows Start bar. And Resolution is different from Desktop Resolution )
- Big Picture Mode : Totaliy Full Screen Mode + User Can control without Mouse

I wanna use this app like game Frontend. for this. i need this feature.
1. Big Picture Mode
- This is like "The Big picture mode of Steam"

2. It need more shortcut key setting
- Prev Tab, Next Tab ( Rounded )

3. When User Select Tab, Keyboard Focus have to be set in Some Area
- EX) User Select PotCast Tab by Gamepad > Keyboard Focus go to Subscribe Sidebar > User can move the focus in list
- EX) User Select Music Tab by Gamepad >
       - When Left Sidebar Area Open : Keytboard Focus have to go Left Sidebar Area
       - When Left Sidebar Area Closed : Keytboard Focus have to go Thumnail Browser Area

4. Gamepad key shortcut Setting ( Optional )
- It is not important in first time
- User can use keytojoy tool for assign key to gamepad
