Couldnt find this addressed yet. Every time i collect a number of tracks in my monitored folder and want to sweep them into the library, i find the naming template and all the exemption rules from the last sweep are gone. Is MB coded this way or am i experiencing an issue?
Whatever the answer to that question, it would be good to know if there is a way to copy the template and exemptions from the auto to the sweep. If not, might that be a possible one-day update to functionality (i.e., a button in auto organization portal and in sweep organization portal called something like 'copy template and exemptions to sweep/auto'
my thanks for all the assistance.  Much appreciated

I think we're going to need more information. If files are in a monitored folder, aren't they automatically added to the library (or inbox)? What are you doing to "sweep" them into the library?

The only "sweep" I'm aware of in MusicBee is the "automatically sweep and organize new files" which, as it says, is automatic.

Can you give us a step-by-step with screenshots? Where are you expecting to find the naming template that isn't there?
