Hello everyone. I'm new and I didn't quite figure it out. I found a tool for working with Search and Replace tags, but I did not find the answer to my question.
I want to automate the process so that the album value is automatically entered for the "Original Album" field. Maybe there are some global variables, for example, %album% or <something>, that will provide the desired value. And if there are such variables, then how to add text to them, for example: " - Single"?
Example before: "Word123"
Example after: "Word123 - Single"

p.s. I apologize for this explanation, English is not my main language

install AT&RT plugin, search for "Example: Copy Tag" ASR preset. you can tick this preset for auto-execution if some tags are changed OR if new tracks are added to the library. also, you can assign a hotkey/make toolbar button for this preset to quickly execute it manually.

Boroda, thanks. Copying tags worked. Adding text to a tag can be done in MP3tag. It’s strange that in such a flexible program you can’t use global variables, as I described, so that you don’t have to turn to third-party plugins/programs. Have a good day
