Bumping for visibility. I believe the background color of these buttons can be changed, but I'm not sure which element they belong to.

but i just would like to add that it's sometimes hard for a newbie to find an information on the forum
for example i searched "id" "list" "elements" "skin" but without result...
about my initial topic, i'm just exploring another solution using icons...
it seems to be better... MB is really amazing !!!

Yeah, finding the correct search terms for software that you haven't been using for long can be difficult.

I just modified the MusicBee - custom Google search page so that if you now use it to search for e.g.:

change colour
   or
skin elements

the top entry now shows the 'How to make modifications to a skin that you like.'  topic.
