Sync to usb flash drive

How do I sync my music to a usb flash drive without it re arranging or re-sorting my play list? When I sync my music to a usb flash drive it automatically re organizes in alphabetical order by name or random and does not play songs that I organized to play.

After you arrange the playlist in the order you want, you have to right-click it, select "List" and then "Update Play Order" or else it's going to stay in the original order.
