Original Artist and Original Year not showing up in Tag Editor

This could have been reported before, but I didn't find it:
Original Artist & Original Album do not show up in the tag editor, but there are tags in the tag inspector.

I recently upgraded from 3.0 to 3.1.6466 and when I do a "File Rescan" the file, the tags show up correctly.
So my guess is, that the tags in the tag editor are not directly loaded from the file but from the library where the tags didn't exist before? Therefore I have to "Rescan All Files" just to be sure? Or is there another workaround (or maybe its an actual bug?)

Yes, you need to rescan files in that case. I don't think it's a bug as it normally rescans files when it's modified (depending on monitoring settings) but this kind of tag support change has nothing to do with files.
