Bug for Auto-Playlist

My MB version is 3.3.7310
I'm not check "automatically refresh the matching track" in edit Auto-Playlist panel,but the auto-playlist still refresh automatically.I think maybe it is a bug.

I am not aware of anyone reporting this, however do try the latest version from the first forum topic as i did make a late change for the auto-refresh handling. Let me know how it goes

Well, i have updated to 3.3.7367,but it still has this problem.
I'm not sure my understanding is right,i think the list will not be refreshed when i have not checked "automatically refresh the matching track" and i have changed some tag/attribute of the music.
For example,i created a auto-playlist for "music's playlist is null",and i will add these music into multi playlist(i want to tag music with playlist),but the track is disappeared when i add it into first playlist,because its playlist is not null now. I think it will not be refreshed when i change it("automatically refresh the matching track" is not checked),and when i want to refresh the auto-playlist,i can click button "refresh now".

What disabling refresh does is lock down the working set of files but any filters you have are still re-applied each time to filter out any files that subsequently no longer meet the playlist filter criteria.
I appreciate that behavior is debatable but i dont think i will change it as others may expect that behavior
