Change Manage Duplicates to match only a part of a song title?

I was wondering if it was possible to set a parameter in Manage Duplicates so that if it matches x amount of words or letters in the title it would mark it as a duplicate.

For example I want mark the two following songs as the same so that I can sort them out on my own:
Nhato - Twinkle Twinkle [Nhato Remix Extended Ver.]
Nhato - Twinkle Twinkle (Nhato Remix)
