Remove "The" from synced iPod

Hi everyone -

Have an old iPod classic happily working with Musicbee. A real improvement after iTunes. I've sorted out all the teething troubles except one: all my music from bands beginning with "The" is now stored under "T" on my iPod's library. Undesirable for obvious reasons.

Details:
* MusicBee is ignoring "The" in its prefs and bands on my PC library are displayed appropriately.
* My iPod's library is also ordered correctly when viewed with the computer
* I've tried setting the sort-artist tag tickbox on the iPod's prefs page, this doesn't seem to have done much
