converting woes

ok, i have lame copied to the Codec folder...
BUT I CAN'T SPECIFY IT AND GET RID OF THAT DAMN EXCLAMATION MARK!

it's selected correctly.
just... nothing.

If you've lost the pre-configured settings, just hit the Reset button and they should come back.
