Bug Reports / [FIXED] Few misc errors
« on: August 04, 2016, 08:28:16 AM »
I did a fresh windows install a little while back and copied the settings file from my old MB installation to the new one. Errors were made since I gave some of my new and old HDD's new Volume letters (my old library was on HDD "X:\" and the new one is on "Y:\") and didn't realize to fix it until a bit later by messing around the settings. Now everything works fine in normal use. There are a couple of bugs that I have noticed on the new installation (which can be my fault due to broken folder settings)

This error I get when closing the inbox tab: [EDIT: I get this error on closing any tab, not just the inbox. The tab seems to be working fine but closing one gives me the error]

It doesn't matter if I close it and open a new one, upon closing the tab I alway get the "System.DivideByZeroException:" error.

This error comes up when I'm trying to start visualizer

Bug Reports / Error when trying to customize sidebar
« on: February 28, 2016, 11:25:37 AM »
I get this error when I'm trying to change the look of the right side bar.
Happens everytime I press apply.

Using MusicBee v3.0.5895

I can't save the settings pressing 'Save' due to that error, though pressing Apply and then Close works like saving.

MusicBee Wishlist / Options for search tool
« on: September 04, 2015, 04:03:31 PM »
When searching for a particular song in MB, the player plays it normally when double-clicking. But after the song has played it will repeat or skip to the next song that matches the search word. I can see why this could be useful, but I'd love to see an option for searching a song, playing it and then instead of repeating the same song (or songs on the search list), MB would simply start the next song be it on shuffle or not.

Currently you can do this by starting a random song, finding the song you were looking for, adding it to a queue and pressing next song. After it has played it will just continue to shuffle through different songs.

Please do tell me if there's already an option added in the latest patch, I searched through the settings pretty extensively but couldn't find one.

MusicBee Wishlist / Right sidebar save ability
« on: February 06, 2015, 10:51:23 PM »

This is how I've always set up my right sidebar, from time to time MB seems to forget the height (more likely it isn't saved) of the Now Playing panel and the track information panel. And usually after an unspecified amount of time they reset back to this:

Could an option to force the height of the panels be added in the preferences?

Using the latest 2.5.5511 version

MusicBee Wishlist / Mini-, compact- and Mainplayer
« on: February 01, 2015, 10:12:38 AM »
When pressing the minimize button you can set the player to go to taskbar or mini player. Would it be possible to press the maximize button (when already maximized) to go to compact player?

Questions / A-Z Jump bar skipping
« on: January 13, 2015, 07:24:59 PM »
I didn't think this was important enough to be added to the bug report sub.

When using the A-Z jump bar in track detail, MB seems to skip 2 songs back every time.

When I press M the first song should be M4, Part II but a second later MB selects Luno, which is the second last song beginning with L.

Is this deliberate or something else?

MusicBee Wishlist / Additional option for searching
« on: December 15, 2014, 01:21:48 PM »
I currently have 848 songs in my library and from time to time I like to listen to a specific song.

When I do a search and find the song, I'd like MB to still have the 'Now Playing' list list all the songs in my library, just have the starting song be whatever I searched for.

If there is an option to enable this please tell me.
