I often write a 'to-do note' (e.g. what to download, which tag to edit...).

I know there are many alternative ways to memo things

but I wish to do this within the program (maybe as a simple plugin?).

Questions / show whether the file is in inbox or library within the playlist

when I search something, there is a column that shows whether the file is in inbox or library.

is there any way to display this column in the playlist?

MusicBee Wishlist / Adjust the degree of preference in Auto DJ

I often use Auto-DJ function set to prefer higher-rated tracks.

But the problem is that, the probability of appearance of high-rated tracks is still far lower than what I hope.

Could you please implement a function that can explicitly control the degree of preference /probability of high-rated tracks?

Bug Reports / Highlight consistency does not work in Lyrics tab

I have previously posted this thread and my request was thankfully applied but only partially.

The cursor highlight position is not maintained when I click arrows to select next or previous songs in Lyrics tab.

Could you please check?

Questions / Sort out albums with high bitrate

Hi, I have albums in my inbox of which some are in low bitrate while some are in high.

I wish to sort out albums for example of which the entire tracks are > 256kbps.

Could anyone help me out making up a smart library formula for this?

Lyricist and Lyrics text boxes loose focus after clicking next or previous track arrows!

This does not work in the lyrics tab.
Currently I am using 3.3.7367 P.

Bug Reports / horizontal scrolling does not work with Logitech MX master 3

I am using logitech mx master 3 which has a second wheel near the thumb and I cannot make use of this wheel in MB.

Whereas back/next button works in MB.

Is there any solution for this?

Questions / How to handle with group artists?

There are many group artists (bands and acapella groups) in my library who also released solo albums.

I am now saving the name list of individual members in album artist and group name in artist

So that if I click his/her name within album artist list I can see his/her entire discography, including the group activity.

However, it is a little bit tricky because album artist list does not show the group itself.

How do you guys handle with group artists?

MusicBee Wishlist / Replace multiple files e.g. entire album

I frequently replace existing files in library with better quality files with Ctrl-Alt-C and Ctrl-V shortcut

but it feels sometimes tedious to add new files to inbox, copy/paste song tag, delete old files and move new files to library.

BTW I recently realized there is "replace" functionality for single file in MB

I hope this function is applied to multiple file selection

In case of iTunes, the tag editor highlights the same item even though I press previous/next song button.

However, in MB, when I press the previous or next song button, the cursor just disappears

and I have to click the tag area again, which slows my process.

I cannot reproduce this behaviour. Can you send me a link to your settings file (help/ support/ view settings)

Ok I tried it again here and it works just fine..

What TAB in the TAG editor is it that is losing focus to the text box or cursor?

Properties, Tags, Tags (2), Artwork, Lyrics, Settings or all of them?

Of course we could be tottaly misunderstanding what your issue is, so if it still persists, then more information or a screenshot from you would be useful..

Okay, actually I was talking about the tag editor embedded in the main screen, not as a popup window.
