Questions / File Replacement (whole album)
« on: June 21, 2018, 08:41:40 AM »
Hi 2 all!
I am using MB now 4 several years and still believe it is the best mediaplayer 4 me, thanks 2 Stevie. But I have a specific problem, that I could not solve and I need some help.
In my library there are many files and many of them are in various playlists. Sometimes I detect, that I ripped/bought an album in low quality. I want to rip/buy this album again and replace the original bad files with the new better ones. Musicbee should recognise in which playlist the files are, too and replace the there. I did not find a way to do this. When I delete all mp3 in an album folder in windows and put flacs with the same name in it, they are not replaced in the library. Musicbee misses the old files, and i have 2 connect 2 new ones manually.
Thanks 4 your help!

Yes, it was the sqrsoft plugin. Great plugin, but as I remember a bit buggie. I will try to use it. Thanks for your reply

MusicBee Wishlist / Auto dj, mixing

Hi!
I want to leave the following idea, maybe you find it useful and inspiries you:
I often worked as a dj for private parties (in the past). When I began I used winamp with a wunderful plugin for the fades. You could determine when and how the new song should fade in, depending not only on the the Time remaining (even iTunes manages this), but depending on the volume! For example: in autodj mode with 5 seconds fade, the end of kiss by prince isnt optimal. If the next track is james brown "i feel good" you will miss the last kiss from prince and the cool shout of james. Please try it. The Plugin for winamp was adjustable, so that depending on the Volume of the First Song it started the second with an adjustable fade in. I hope you Understand, what I mean, and this Feature is interesting for you.
bye, chris.

Questions / Playlist View//Internet Radio
« on: December 02, 2014, 10:09:04 AM »
Hi all!
I´m new 2 musicbee and until now I think it´s really a great programm. The first problem 4 me, that I searched with dr google and i did not find an answer is: I have a customised view in music showing the bitrate, playlists etc... but when I change into another playlist, this view is gone and I see the standard tag fields. Is there a possibility 2 set a standart view 4 all playlist?
Second question: my favourite radio station is this one: http://www.superfly.fm. How can I integrate it into musicbee, especially when a login is requiquired 4 the 128 stream?
Thanks in advance,
chris
