* UPDATE -> SORTED *

Well, considering my MusicBee experience has generally been very stable and problem free, most bug fixes are irrelevant to me.
I have no issues using the Store version, even if it's a couple of releases behind (which doesn't seem to be the case at the moment anyway).
Also, I much rather address the issue with the Store app rather than switching to the portable version.

So, based on my last comments, I started thinking if this is somehow could be related to having the legacy desktop application files & folders in place, I have removed the application altogether and cleaned up a bit.
Re-installed it (Store version) and that kicked back into place whatever needed to be kicked into place.

Got my gig listings back (which is an absolute gem of a feature IMO)  :)

Thanks for trying to help.

*UPDATE*

Not resolved, but quite relevant, if not a possible root cause.

So far I was looking in C:\Users\<my user>\AppData\Roaming\MusicBee for the file and this is also the location of the error log file when openning through MusicBee (as per your suggetion - help > support > view error log), seeing the error log had no edits since 2018 made me curious and I looked further (searching the C drive for any files with songkick in their name).
The search return another location: C:\Users\<my user>\AppData\Local\Packages\50072StevenMayall.MusicBee_kcr266et74avj\LocalCache\Roaming\MusicBee
This folder had an error log file with a more recent edited time (though most recent erroras were not realted to songkick), in that folder as well there was SongkickCache.dat file but no Songkick.dat or SongkickArtists.dat.
I have tried removeing the cache file and also copying the other files over, but both attempts didn't fix it.

Another thing I noticed was that the folder icons on the folders under C:\Users\<my user>\AppData\Local\Packages\50072StevenMayall.MusicBee_kcr266et74avj\LocalCache\ have a grey X on them, as if it's a offline network resource or something similar.

I was using the desktop application before switching to the Store app, but that was quite sometime ago (pretty much as soon as the store app was made available).

Error log most recent entry is from January 2018 (!)

Is there anywhere in the setting \ config files I can check?
I fully expect it to be a local issue on my machine rather than a bug. So was just hoping I could get any pointers.

Should be using London UK (at least this is what it used in the past, and I have made no changes).

How can I confirm the settings for the service? I have no settings option on the page and could find nothing in preferences.

This is as far as it goes:

Can't get that far.
It just says 'Loading 110 out 110 COncert Pages...' and that's it, nothing else.

Recdntly when I try browsing to Upcoming Concerts service tab, it start loading the concert pages but when it gets to the stage where all pages were loaded, showing as 'Loading 110 out 110 COncert Pages...' nothing happens and when I hover over the text area the mouse icon changes as if it is still processing something and just hangs like that with no further progress.
Other service (soundcloud, upcoming releases) work fine.

I've tried also to delete the SongkickCache.dat (in %appdata%\MusicBee) file but the file didn't get re-created.

It has been working before, last time I used it was probably about a month ago.

Any ideas what I can do to fix it?
