Questions / Need to port ratings and items deleted from library - new computer

Can someone help me accomplish this move from my old laptop where I have 2.5.5804 to my new desktop where I'm on the latest version? I made sure to mirror the file paths for all my music, but only want the items in my current library to port over. If I scan the folders again it will include a lot of music that I want to remain out of my musicbee library. I also want the star ratings that I assigned to the music to port as well. Please tell me this is doable.
