Skins / Re: silvestreccf's skins
« on: March 23, 2024, 04:10:39 PM »
Thanks hiccup! Here it is, for whomever it may benefit:

Code
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<root dependsOn="PureNight Blue 2.0.xmlc">
<element id="Content[TrackDetail].Body.Default" bg="034,035,039" fg="200,200,200" bdr="100,60,80" />
<element id="Content[TrackDetail].ListAlternating.Default" bg="034,035,039" fg="200,200,200" />
</root>
The two font colors are now both 200,200,200

You are right! But let me ask it another way then, how could I achieve changing both the darker and the brighter font colors?
I wouldn't mind having them both brighter.
Thanks!

Thank you for your answers.
@hiccup your method does indeed work, but it turns the lighter of the two fonts into the same darker color.
I wanted precisely the opposite: to have the darker font equal to that of the brighter.

I can report the hamburger icon does also not work for me.

The thing is that it is a .xmlc skin, so I don't know which lines are being used in the original skin.
Following hiccup's instructions, I created a child .xml skin and used Sample Skin as the template to copy/paste the lines from, but every line with the word "alternating" in which I change the RGB values does not give the desired results.

Fantastic, I love the look of Purenight Blue 2.0!
Would it be possible to have all track details listed with the same color, instead of alternating?
I swear I have tried, even with hiccup's Sample Skin, but I cannot find the right line of code to replace.
Thank you!

Plugins / Re: Chiptune/ tracker module support
« on: March 14, 2024, 12:42:06 AM »
Thanks @Steven! I have a sizeable Video Game Music library, and being able to use this plugin helps reducing the file sizes dramatically (as I don't longer need .mp3)
After installing the Chiptunes/ Tracker Module Support, I realized that unfortunately N64 games, whose file extension is .miniusf, accompanied by a larger .usflib file, are not recognized.
I read online that there are plugins for winamp and foobar that can make those files compatible, but the plugins are not recognized by MB (I have tried).
Is there any way to make this work?
Thanks!

Questions / Re: Now playing Artwork viewing

Thank you all for your answers.
Just to clarify, this is indeed NOT Theater Mode, but the normal Now Playing tab.
I will join my +1 to that post, thanks @Mayibongwe for pointing it out!

You're right!
I was indeed copy/pasting from a website. When I input the data manually it does indeed work as expected!
If I copy/past as unformatted text it also works, provided I do it for every column (which is sometimes not quite practical but OK).
This was done with LibreOffice. As for Excel, I cannot say anymore, I made an Open Source revolution on my PC lately and took it all away :D
Thanks again!

Thanks hiccup for this newer version!
I will be more cautious today with my feedback  :D
Actually, I'm not making it work in LibreOffice 24.2.1.2 - maybe frankz has a different version?
As you can see in the screenshot, the title, track # and artist are all kind of mixed up in the cue list.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but alas....also LibreOffice didn't put out a clean CUE List.
It looked at first like it was outputing a correct one (at least compared to my 2016 Excel), but indeed some fields are still displaying errors.
Just FYI in case you want to remove the mention in the post.
Sorry about the misinformation!

My apologies, I just tried with LibreOffice and it is working perfectly! Probably I have an older Excel version.
Thanks again, fantastic creation!

Fantastic tool hiccup, thank you very much!
It is unfortunately not working for me, whatever I input on the left side gives me #NAME or #REF errors on the right.
What am I doing wrong?

Questions / Re: Custom Navigation Tab
« on: March 06, 2024, 12:09:30 AM »
Thanks Zak!
That's a great sollution, the only downside I see is the creation of a playlist (the source) which does not serve any real purpose.
Is there perhaps a way to hide the playlist from viewing? I wanted to keep the playlist viewer as clean as possible, I wouldn't mind hidding both playlists actually, and just having the tab opened.

Thanks again!
