Questions / move files to another drive with their tags and artwork

Hi
I've saved/downloaded a load of tags and artwork. I want to transfer some of my files/mp3s from one drive to another with the tags and artwork. Is there a way to do this on mass without doing that whole embed thing for everyone individually
