Questions / Ellipses in album covers view instead of abrupt cut off?

Hi all, I have just today switched over from foobar and have been trying to get mb set up to my preferences and I am almost there apart from one small annoying detail, in the album covers view the titles of albums and artists longer than the displayable area will be abruptly cut off (as pictured) rather than appearing with an ellipse. I am wondering how I could go about fixing this? I have seen instances of mb running that don't have this issue.
