Questions / Customise interface to have easy access to Genre, Album Artist and Album

Hi, new user to MusicBee, think its great and really loving the customisation. I am enjoying the customisation and have the main window pretty much as would like to have it except the Genre, Album Artist, Album sort by buttons are in a menu. Is there a way to pin these favourite ones from the list that I use all the time?

Or perhaps there is another menu bar I can add to have this functionality?
