Questions / print all or part of the content of a collection

I would like to print part of the content of my collection (in .pdf); for example : an artist with the title of each of his albums...
When I right click on an artist and on "send to clipboard", it copies the entire content: title, tracks etc... which is not what I want 
Is this possible?

Is it possible to classify the "Artists" par le nom de famille - by last name and - pas par le prénom - not by the first name ?

I bought a new computer. I reinstalled the excellent Musicbee. I'm a bit confused and I have two questions.
1. How, where do I indicate the new address of my music files ?
2. How can I find again (retrieve ?) my good old library with all my albums made up of multiple music files ?
