Questions / Getting Rating and Year to save in file tags

I like to share my Music Bee Library across several computers. But I often lose ratings and/or tags when I import to a different computer. The Tag Inspector shows that these tags do not appear in the original although they are in the library of the original computer. I thought I had the right settings (see screenshot), but they are not getting saved as I expected. What am I doing wrong?

Questions / Cancel Stereo ENhancer DSP

I turned on the Stereo Enhancer in DSP to try it out.  I have decided I don't want it. But when I try to remove the check mark, a slider comes up which goes from low to high. But how do I just unselect or cancel Stereo Enhancer altogether?

Bug Reports / Losing Ratings - Again

My music library has about 8,000 songs, all of which were rated when I checked a month ago. But today about 1/3 have no ratings. I don't understand what is happening to cause this. I have not done anything to reorganize folders or other aspects of the library. I just added a few new songs and pasted some lyrics which were not available through the Music Bee lyrics lookup. This happened to me a year ago and I never figured out why.

Questions / Cannot import ratings from iTunes

I maintain my 7700 song music library in MusicBee and iTunes on the same computer. All songs were rated and then inexplicably MusicBee lost about 1/3 of the ratings. All remain on iTunes. So I tried to import the iTunes XML files and selected to overwrite ratings and playcounts. But none of my missing ratings showed up. What am i doing wrong? Any suggestions on how to restore my rating from iTunes into MusicBee?
