I use the command "Tools->Organise Files..." a lot, and use the tag "<Disc-Track#>" in the new-name template to get a two-digit track-number in the filename. But now I have an album with more than 100 tracks and so I need three digits from the "<Disc-Track#>" tag. Is there a way to achieve this, getting three digits, instead of two, from the "<Disc-Track#>" tag?

I got this exception when attempting to maximize main window from Compact Player. In general, I often experience corrupt layout-problems (like I have reported earlier) in the main window after doing such maximize. This is the first time I got an exception dialog box with a stack-trace I was told to report here, though.

Questions / GUI layout-problem when restoring from Compact Player
« on: April 13, 2021, 02:07:42 PM »
Using latest version 3.4... but this error has been there as long as I can remember (at least v3.3 and probably before that too).
I have selected the "Minimize to: Compact Player" in the General-tab of the Preferences.
Something like 60% of the times I restore the Compact Player by click on its maximize button I get a Main Window which content is totally scrambled.
I must then maximize and restore the Main Window to get its content back into normal.
Any chance of getting this fixed soon?

Here is an example of my Compact Player mode:

Sample of scrambled view after maximized the above Compact Player:

And here is how it looks when fixed by Maximize-then-Restore the Main Window:

Questions / Is version 3.3 some kind of beta/prelease?
« on: May 21, 2019, 01:53:17 PM »
Hi, I see MusicBee v3.3 at https://getmusicbee.com/forum/index.php?topic=27074.0 but when downloading from https://getmusicbee.com/ I "only" get v3.2. Does this mean that the current 3.3-versin can be seen as something like a beta- or pre-release in which we should expect a number of minor problems? Is it safe to download and run v3.3 on a daily basis, with my main music library? If not, how can I know when v3.3 is expected to be stable and officially released?

General Discussions / Just switched to MusicBee - I'm impressed!
« on: September 22, 2017, 03:06:04 PM »
Hi, I just need to say that I finally took the jump from WinAmp to MusicBee for good. I switched my whole 400GB music library of almost 40000 tracks and about 100000 play counts to MusicBee and I am extremely impressed in how well everything is in good shape. All my play counts and history from the last ten years or so in WinAmp survived with no single glitch, and my Last.FM scrobbles are finally nicely synchronized with my other devices. This is really nice, - and I feel like spending a couple of beers on the author of this fantastic application. I can't really believe it's free. It almost feels like a rebirth to finally put WinAmp behind me. This is going to be a great weekend! Thanks a lot!
