Bug Reports / Change Icon Error

Hi, I am new to using MusicBee and I use it everyday since iTunes crashed after upgrading to Windows 10. I have not run into any problems but this one, I am getting an error when I try to change icon in the preference window. i have installed the new patch that was released about 3 days after I started using MusicBee. I have added the error below. I am hoping someone has an idea as to why I am getting this error. I have checked the forum for other such problems and I have only found one dated for 2015. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
