 The hint  "playing bar' at the bottom of the 'main panel... that can be configured for track information"  pointed in the right direction - and solved the problem.   THANKS

Questions / Location of the "Track Information" element in the bottom panel.

I find that the "bottom panel" contains the "Track Information" element.  It behaves properly, change albums and the track info changes properly.  However the panel configuration box shows nothing is assigned to the bottom panel and I cannot uncheck the Track Information setting because it is not checked in the first place.  Don't know how it got their or how to get rid of it.  Thanks for any help that someone might provide.

Newbie - how do I control the folders searched by MB?  I apparently identified a folder with many subfolders that has nothing to do with music.
