I have a Windows 7 64 bit system and everything was working fine with my MusicStreamer II

but I upgraded to the MusicStreamer HD and now after playing one to three songs, it stops, usually mid-song.

If I close and reopen MusicBee, it works again.

Has anyone had this issue?

Thanks!

MusicBee Wishlist / Re: two column library explorer?

I understand beeing good's reply, but many of us do have larger monitors, mine being an ultra-wide, and I would love to be able to see more artists shown at once.

Anyone else like the idea?

MusicBee Wishlist / two column library explorer?
« on: August 01, 2013, 03:40:31 PM »
Like many people, I love MusicBee and have a lot of different artist's albums in my library.

Unfortunately, that means that I cannot see all of them in the Library Explorer pane because the list scrolls beyond the bottom of the pane.

Would you consider having the Library Explorer pane able to have two columns or more, so that one could see all of the artists at once?

Thanks for a wonderful program!

I vote for this too. I use MusicBee for all my music playing EXCEPT playing CDs, because:

1. I often have a CD in my computer already, so Autoplay won't work

and

2. Autoplay is very dangerous to leave on by default, in case a virus or spyware laden CD infects one's PC.

Thanks for making the change.

When will you post it?

No, I was referring to the response to the CNTL- Up and Down arrows.

Too big volume changes with each keystroke

MusicBee Wishlist / Creating Music DVDs
« on: July 01, 2010, 12:09:02 AM »
I contacted the author of ImgBurn to see if he would add the ability to create Music Dvds, with this email:

I would like to be able to create a DVD that plays in my DVD player that only has music on it. Ideally, ImgBurn would take MP3, FLAC, WMA, and other sound format files that were selected and allow the user to create folders viewable on the DVD player (i.e. TV) so that specific sets of audio tracks could be played, in as lossless a format as possible.

And he responded:

Sorry, not a chance.

DVD Audio is pretty technical and not what I'm into.

I realize that this is a complex project but just wanted to put it forth as perhaps something you could do someday in the future.

MusicBee Wishlist / More "granular" volume control

I find that each step up or down in volume is too big a step. If you could add more steps so that volume could be controlled more precisely, that would be great.

I did install 1.2 and it did fine and kept my settings and I was able to increase the font size.

thanks!

Thank you for the feedback.

Can I update to version 1.2 without losing my settings?

Also, for my two column suggestion:

In the Music Library window, details view, allowing two columns that wraparound (each showing Artist, Title, Album, etc.) so that twice the information can be displayed

and perhaps in the Quick Finder window too a double column would be useful once the list grows beyond what can be seen in a one-column window

thanks for the great program!

thank you for a great utility

I have tracks that musicbee can't identify and I'd love to be able to highlight a bunch of them and enter the artist's name once for all of them

also, the font size on my 24" screen is a little small and I'd love it if it would be a bit larger

finally, since I have a 24" monitor, there is room for two columns of listings instead of just one (even with a larger font) so I could see twice as many choices at once.

I hope some of these suggestions are valuable to you.

p.s. I'd like you to add a PayPal button to your website so I can donate to support your efforts :)
