Portable Devices / Can iPod Touch Music Library be Sorted by Artist and then by Title?

Hello, I'd like to request some information about Music Bee, please.
I have an iPod Touch 5th Generation. I load mp3 files onto it from my computer via iTunes for Windows. (I use Windows 10.)
Unless I'm mistaken, iTunes is not capable of sorting the song list by Artist and then by Title. It does sort by Artist and then Album, but I need Sort: Artist/Title.
It's not a big deal, but I'm surprised iTunes doesn't support this type of sorting.
Because of this, I've been looking for an iTunes alternative that might do this. I tried using Media Monkey, but it was just too complicated to figure out.
So, could you please tell me if Music Bee does sort by Artist then Title? And can I use it to load music onto my iPod? If so, is iTunes required on my computer in order to use Music Bee, or does Music Bee work independently?
