I became a user of MusicBee about 3 weeks ago and made a donation after only a week which shows how good MusicBee is but I thought rather me saying all the things great about what a good job Steven is doing, was to quote an email my son sent me after using it in one day…
“Started using MusicBee, and I REALLY like it! I loaded it the first time, and it didn’t look anything like how you were running it – so I had a quick play, and decided it looked exactly like MediaMonkey – almost exactly like in fact, with almost the same menu options, so I shut it down.
But then I gave it another shot a bit later, played with the settings and got it looking how I preferred – and it is quite good so far indeed! I like the fact that you can filter the library, so I’ve removed certain directories that I don’t want always in my library which is nice. I also like that you can download album art with the click of a button, and dock the mini player – MediaMonkey couldn’t do that. And add a shuffle button to the mini player, and easily customise how it looks! The library looks much better with the album art, and it seems to be pretty quick overall. I like the fact you can jump with ABCDEtc. Overall, I’m impressed – if the shuffle turns out to be decent, then I think we may have a winner.”
Not bad for one days use I’m sure you will agree.
