Afternoon Steven,

Is this feature still not supported on the Auto-Tagger?  It would still be nice to have this feature but the option to tick it is currently still greyed out.  One still has to do the manual method as listed in this ticket.

Thank you,
Veg

MusicBee Wishlist / Re: Adjust Music Playing

Hi Steven,

Thank you for pointing that out.  I only seem to be able to access the "Play More" menu from the Music Library main panel, it may be available from the right "Now Playing" panel.  I can't however seem to access that menu from the "Now Playing" main panel.  I do have the latest version installed.

The bottom panel which shows the currently playing song with a progress bar is open all time regardless of which view you are in and it would be nice to have access to that "Play More" menu if you right click there as well.

Thank you,
Veg

MusicBee Wishlist / Adjust Music Playing

Hi Steve,

I usually play my music library shuffled.  Often I hear a song I really like and I would like to listen to more of, either from that album or from that artist.

On the bottom bar where it shows the track playing, I can right click and select "Locate current tab in current tab", very nice feature, use it often.  It would be nice if one could also right click in this area and then select "Play more from this artist" or "Play more from this album" or "Play more from this Genre".

Can you do that anywhere currently or any other suggestions.

Thank you,
Veg

MusicBee Wishlist / Re: Update Tags from Filename

Excellent, look forward to hearing back from you.  Could you please also let me know where to stipulate which part of the filename applies to which tag, unless it is done at import time that you identify the naming format of the file and how it applies to the tags.

MusicBee Wishlist / Update Tags from Filename

Up to now I have been using Music Jukebox and it has the ability to update tags (eg. track#, artist, album, track name) from the filename.  eg.  if the file name is name "01 - Rod Stewart - My Girl" you can update the tags using a format such as "[Track#] - [Artist] - [Track].

I know that MusicBee can do this automatically by drawing the information off the internet but this has been a helpful feature when much of the track information is available from the file name and has been invaluable in lessor known albums.

Can this be done with Musicbee and if not is it possible in future versions.

Thank you,
veglisa
