Questions / Git library sync client-server

Hi,
I love musicbee but the main limitation I get from it is the "not web synced" approach of the app.
I use 3 computers daily and I have to weekly sync (one direction, from main pc to laptops) my files. I lose some data as the play count, but I use lastFm so that's not very important.
I though we could eventually fix that limitation through a git server. Maybe the idea has already been proposed or other sync solutions exist. Maybe the main files to sync (and especially the library files) are not text files. Moreover MB instances should have the same config and install on all computers.
What do you think ? Is this doable in an easy way ?
