Have my settings to save the album covers for specific songs. Why do they change to other album covers?

Guess this is still an issue. I've been busy updating album covers and behold, nearly all album covers changed to the same photo. Annoying.

Just downloaded MusicBee a few days ago and am really enjoying it. I downloaded music from my external hard drive. I would like to add additional songs, but do not know where to begin. Help would be appreciated. TIA
