SOLVED
Edit file under windows: "C:\Users\<yourcomputername>\AppData\Roaming\MusicBee\MusicBee3Settings.ini"
Modify your phone ID with the one the android apps report.
In my case I changed the "Xiaomi 15 ultra" reported by the MusicBee, with 25010PN30G which was the name written in the sync app on my phone.

This worked for me as well. Thanks a lot!
Do note that you'll have to do it again after connecting the device via USB as it seems to change the name back to its original.
Also just change the line that says <name>. You do not/should not change the line below that <RootPath>.

For anyone else who wants to participate: Go to Google Groups, select "All groups and messages " at the top and search for "MusicBee Wifi Sync Test". Then you can join the group.
