Plugins / Re: Additional Tagging and Reporting Tools

Try to upgrade MB to latest version.

I am having the same problem with "some tag names are duplicated...blah"... Already installed the latest version of the plugin.
What is this "latest", patched version of MB? Is it your own build? Will this patch be included in the official version?

MusicBee Wishlist / Ban / Block devices from MusicBee
« on: March 12, 2013, 05:31:04 PM »

I'd wish for an option which lets me block devices from being claimed as a synchronization device from MB and shown in the list to the left. One could check this option in the device settings, once this particular device is recognized by MB.

For example, I do not want my external file-backup HDD to be shown there, nor my Iphone (as long as still not supported).

The cover art downloading in MB works really well, the only thing why I don't use it too much is that I don't know the filesize of the artwork which is to be embedded in the files (you only see it when you already downloaded and embedded it by hovering over it in the file properties).

It would be good, if you could decide on which cover art download also by the file size.

Me too was using Mediamonkey for the last couple of years and also did not really feel there was a lot of improvement (to be fair they are the only ones who made a working Iphone sync with IOS 5). Before I used Helium Music Manager and JRiver.

With MusicBee, it was the first time that when I started using a new managing program, everything felt "at the right place" and was working really well, too. I found MB fits my workflows so conveniently. Everytime when I think "wait, that's a special situation with these set of tags" or whatever, "I wonder if I can make that work with MB", I mostly find a button for an option which does exactly that...

I will join the coir: Thank you so much for this brilliant piece of software... and keep up the great work!!
